"Knowledge is better than riches" What does that African Proverb mean to you? How can it be used in your everyday life? Give an example.

I think that, that saying means it is better to have knowledge than to have money and be dumb. For instance if I had money and went to a store and brought something and got cheated out of money, I would not know because I don't have the knowledge.
Further more I think the saying can be used in an everyday life because it can remind people that having knowledge is way better than having riches.As a result it is better to have knowledge.
