"The fool speaks, the wise person listens."
I believe that the proverb means a fool always speaks and never listens, but the wise always listens to learn. For instance in the class the one who never learn anything is the one who is always talking. Further more the one who is as quiet as a mouse knows way much more. In result I think that the proverb is so true cause if your taking you are not listening.
